Cross-border recruiting requires realistic expectations, understandable costs and clear responsibilities.

How is Solvi Bridge different?
We combine structured selection, coordinated procedures and agreed support after employment starts, rather than merely sharing CVs.
Who does Solvi Bridge work with?
We work with apprentices, skilled professionals and university graduates from Morocco, Tunisia and eligible candidates already living in Germany.
What does qualification-first mean?
We examine documentation, the recognition pathway, professional knowledge, practical experience, language and motivation. People make the final suitability assessment.
How does integration support work?
The approach includes preparation, arrival orientation and agreed guidance during the first year. Scope and partner availability are confirmed separately.
Do candidates pay recruitment fees?
No. Solvi Bridge does not charge candidates recruitment fees.
Are jobs and visas guaranteed?
No. Employers decide on hiring; official authorities decide on recognition, residence and visa matters.
What costs might candidates face?
Language lessons, translation, official procedures and travel may involve third-party costs. These are explained in advance and paid directly to providers.
What do partner organisations provide?
The involvement of GerMarok or SOUL is agreed specifically for each project; availability is not guaranteed by default.
